Hi All, it was such a pleasure to meet with Dennis, his wife Susan, and his friend Tom at the Phoenix Mercury Game on Saturday. It was a very brief meeting because we had a few other commitments that were added to our itinerary at the last minute but no complaints or our part about that : ) During one of these we had a meeting with the Phoenix Suns Vice President of game operations and entertainment (Kip Helt) who was genuinely one of the nicest guys you could ever want to meet. He has been totally supportive of Bianca and her career from the beginning. He was so impressed and moved by Bianca's live performance that he has giving her an invitation to return to sing for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury anytime during the season.
It was a wonderful experience but a very busy one to say the least. We didn't get back to our hotel room until later that evening. Everyone was extremely nice to us and we really felt at home there in Phoenix. The game was video taped and I will be receiving a DVD of Bianca's performance's (thanks to Kip). Hopefully I will be able to get the video posted on the site if not I'm sure it will pop up on youtube as do most of her other video's or I will have Bianca post it to her myspace page.
Bianca will be holding concerts for several elementary schools in New Jersey over the next few weeks. There was a reading contest sponsored by Radio Disney and the grand prize for the school that read the most books was a concert by Bianca. The reading campaign was such a success and so close that they decided to give the top several schools a concert.
We are currently talking to some people about a possible summer show in Las Vegas for and a possible tour of a nationwide entertainment establishment. We will keep you posted as the details come together. Thanks again for your continued support of Bianca and her dreams.

Shawn,
Always glad to see your face, no, fingers, no, WORDS on the site. 
Can you elaborate at all about the issue with the promoters that Dennis mentioned?
Also, can you tell us more about how Bianca got on the Shinyo-en awards show. Do you have any rights to Six Billion Paths or is that the intellectual property (IP) of the foundation. It has risen to the top of my Bianca list and I have managed to play it at a number of church related functions recently to the delight of all.
Please keep us posted as new developments solidify. You know we're all watching and waiting for better news. |
